Thank you for purchasing an atlas pillow. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Atlas Pillow will accept for return pillows that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Please notify us immediately about any product defects or incomplete shipments. For a full refund or exchange mail your pillow within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Pillows cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Pillows must be returned with tags still attached and must be in its original packaging.
Pillows that have been used, can still be returned within the 30 day period from the receipt of the original order and there will be a $30 charge for handling.
Please indicate if the pillow is new or has been used if it is being returned.
Refunds:
Once we receive your pillow, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the pillow.
If your return is approved we will institute a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 10 working days, depending on your cards issuers policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your pillow. Shipping costs are not refundable.
